This
book is very simplistic and easy to follow. The
story is being told by a boy who enjoys writing
poetry, inspired by a famous poet, who is gradually
introducing his personal experience about a dog. As
you transition through the book, the poetry begins
to develop a rhyme scheme and frequent rhyming
words. It’s a great tool for children to begin
getting exposed to poetry and a great tool for
teachers to incorporate in the classroom.
